Do you take my insurance?

The good news is the clinic functions outside of the restrictions of the world of insurance.  We are free to provide the care you need and offer the most effective treatments without limitations and restrictions from insurance companies. We can therefore get you better faster and achieve better outcomes in a shorter period of time.

We operate on a fee for service model and if your plan offers coverage for out-of-network physical therapy we can provide a receipt at your request so you can submit a self claim for reimbursement.  People are recognizing that despite spending money on high deductibles and hefty co-payments, they are receiving mediocre care at high volume, fast paced PT clinics. They come to Precision Osteopractic Physical Therapy, LLC when they are ready for a better experience and outstanding results.

If I am a Medicare beneficiary can I pay for services?

As with most things associated with Medicare, the answer is complicated. Precision Osteopractic Physical Therapy has NO relationship with Medicare and cannot accept out-of-pocket payments  for  services that would normally be covered by Medicare. There are exceptions. If the service is “non-covered” (e.g. maintenance therapy, prevention, wellness/fitness), then the physical therapist can collect out of pocket payment from the Medicare beneficiary.

Additionally, if the Medicare beneficiary clearly states of their own free will that they refuse to have their services billed to Medicare they have the right to be seen by Precision Osteopractic Physical Therapy, LLC. Precision Osteopractic Physical Therapy, LLC is not a Medicare provider and neither the patient nor Precision Osteopractic Physical Therapy, LLC is allowed to bill Medicare or any secondary insurance provider for services rendered NEITHER A BILL FOR PAYMENT NOR RECEIPT FOR REIMBURSEMENT MAY BE SUBMITTED TO MEDICARE OR SECONDARY INSURANCE
